  1. Preheat Oven to 400*F
  2. Cut squash in half. Scoop out and score the insides.
  3. Put 1/4" water in bottom of a pan.
  4. Coat each half with 1/2 Tbl butter.
  5. Add salt.
  6. Add Tbl brown sugar to cavity
  7. Dribble on maple syrup
  8. Bake hour to an hour 15 minutes until the squash is soft and tops are browned.
