Ingredients
- 4 c all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 c milk
- 1 Tbsp Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Mix together flour, baking powder and salt.
- Add milk and vegetable oil and mix well.
- Pat out dough and cut into squares. Cut a diagonal slash in the middle of each square.
- Fry on both sides in vegetable shortening. Serve hot.
- ** Indian tacos - instead of cutting, shape into eight rounds. Fry and drain.
