Ingredients
- 1 # chicken tenders
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 large shallots, peeled and sliced
- Fresh thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored and sliced
- 1 tsp dried thyme or 1 Tbsp. chopped
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Melt butter in a large skillet.
- Add chicken, apple and shallots to skillet; cook and stir for about 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and apple is tender.
- Sprinkle with thyme.
