Artichoke Chicken (PC DDW Recipe)

Ingredients
- 4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (minimum 2#)
- 2 Tbsp PC Lemon Rosemary Rub
- 1/8 c PC Garlic-Infused Canola Oil
- 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained well.
- 1/4 c fresh parsley
- 2 oz Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 c mayo
- 4 oz cream cheese
Instructions
- Combine first ingredients in gallon-sized freezer ziplock bag.
- Combine in food processor and add to freezer bag.
