- 1/2 cup Basic Cauliflower Rice, hot
- 2/3 cup Easy No-Chop Chili, hot
- 1/2 cup shredded romaine lettuce
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup Easy Keto Guacamole
- 1/4 Cup Restaurant-Style Salsa
- 1/4 cup full-fat sour cream
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Arrange all of the ingredients in a serving bowl as shown, or place the cauliflower rice in the bowl first, then top the cauliflower rice with the remaining ingredients. Garnish with the cilantro, if desired.
