Ingredients

• 1 # lean ground beef
• 1 Tbsp PC Southwestern Seasoning Mix
• 1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
• 3/4 c water
• 1/2 c thick and chunky salsa
• 12 corn tortillas
• 8 oz block Colby Jack cheese

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients, except tortillas and cheese, in gallon-sized freezer ziplock bag.
2. Keep tortillas and cheese separate.
