Ingredients
- 1 oz VSOP cognac
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1/4 oz pear liqueur
- 1/4 oz simple syrup
- Ice
- Pale lager, such as Stella Artois
- Pear slice for garnish
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the cognac, lemon juice, pear liqueur, and simple syrup; shake, with ice, for 10 seconds.
- Strain over fresh ice into an old-fashioned glass. Top with pale lager of choice. Garnish with pear slice.
