Ingredients
- 1 pdg. (19.9oz.) brownie mix
- 1 egg
- 1 c shredded zucchini
- 1/2 c unsweetened applesauce
- 1 pkg (1.4oz.) sugar-free, fat-free instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 1/2 c fat-free milk
- 1/2 c fat-free whipped topping
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- In bowl, combine first 4 ingredients and 1 T water; divide among 16 wells of cupcake pan.
- Bake 15 minutes or until done. Let cool.
- In bowl, whisk pudding mix and milk. Stir in topping; pipe onto brownies.
