Cheese Shells For Tacos

Ingredients
- Shredded cheese, your favorite flavor.
- 1/4 cup = 1 6" taco shell.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Sprinkle cheese in circular shape on a baking sheet covered in parchment paper.
- Bake the shells for 5-7 minutes, keeping an eye on them so they don't burn. You will want the edges to brown. The longer you cook it, the harder the shell.
- Take your taco shells out of the oven and, using folded paper towels or hand towels so you don't burn your fingers, fold them over wooden spoon handles. Allow them to cool into shape over the spoon; a bunched up towel works to hold the spoons in place and keep them upright.
