  1. heat over to 375 degrees. In food processor, pulse chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, scallions and garlic 6 times or until coarsely chopped.
  2. Add mayonnaise, sour cream, 1/4 c mozzarella and Romano cheese. Pulse 4 times or until combined; spoon into greased 3 cup oven-safe dish.
  3. Sprinkle dip with 1/4 c mozzarella cheese. Bake 8 minutes or until heated through. Serve with sliced vegetables.
