  1. Preheat Oven to 350
  2. Grease a 9x13 Pan
  3. In a Bowl, Mix Chicken and 1 Cup of Cheese
  4. Roll up Chicken/Cheese mix into Tortillas and place into Pan
  5. In a Sauce Pan, melt butter, stir in flour and cook for 1 minute
  6. Add Broth and whisk until smooth
  7. Heat over medium heat until thick and bubbly
  8. Stir in sour cream and chilies. Do NOT bring to Boil to avoid curdling
  9. Pour mixture over enchiladas
  10. Top with 1 Cup of Cheese
  11. Bake for 22 Minutes
  12. Broil for 3 Minutes to Brown Cheese
