  1. Heat the coconut oil in a large saute' pan. Add the chicken, onions, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes, or until fragrant.
  2. Add the Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and Sriracha and cook for 3 more minutes, or until most of the liquid has been absorbed.
  3. Remove from the heat and stir in the lime juice. Serve the chicken mixture over the lettuce leaves and cauliflower rice and garnish with the fresh herbs. If desired, top with a few extra slices of onion and serve with lime wedges and Sriracha on the side.
