Choco-Berry Loaf Cake

Ingredients
- 1 pkg (15.25oz.) German Chocolate Cake mix
- 1/2 c plus 1 T egg substitute
- 1/2 c vegetable oil
- 2 T blueberry jam, heated
- 1 1/2 c fresh blueberries and/or raspberries
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly coat two 4"x8" loaf pans with cooking spray.
- Using mixer on low, beat first 4 ingredients and 1 1/4 c. water for 30 seconds. Increase speed to medium-high, beat 2 minutes.
- Divide batter between prepared pans; top with berries.
- Bake 35 minutes or until done. Let cakes cool in pans. Remove from pans.
- Garnish with chocolate sauce and additional berries.
