Ingredients
- 1/3 c butter
- 1 c firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 c all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 c white chocolate chips
- 1/4 c milk chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350*F. Grease bottom of an 8" square baking pan. Cream together butter and brown sugar in a medium bowl. Beat in egg and vanilla.
- Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl. Add flour mixture to butter mixture; beat until just blended. Do not overmix.
- Add white chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips to batter. Stir until batter is well-blended.
- Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean about 25 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes before cutting.
