Ingredients
- 1/2 c + 4 Tbsp vegetable or canola oil
- 3/4 c (60g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 c (400g) sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 c (240g) flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 c (120g) powdered sugar (for coating cookies)
Instructions
- Mix flour, baking powder & salt in a bowl and set aside.
- Mix oil & cocoa powder.
- Stir in sugar.
- Blend in 1 egg at a time until well-mixed.
- Add vanilla.
- Stir in flour, baking powder, & salt.
- Pre-heat oven to 350*.
- Chill dough for several hours, or overnight.
- Drop by tsp or tbsp into powdered sugar. Roll into a ball.
- Place on parchment covered baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, depending on your preference for gooey-ness. Do not overbake!
