  1. In a medium bowl, gently mix all ingredients until combined. Serve at room temperature or chilled, to accompany tortilla or pita chips, or use as a topping on baked or grilled fish, chicken breasts, beef or pork loin and/or baked potatoes.
  2. Store leftover salsa in a covered container, refrigerated, up to 5 days, or freeze in an airtight container or freezer bag for up to 2 months.
