Ingredients
- 1 c butter
- 2 c sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 c flour
- 1/4 t. salt
- 1 t. baking powder
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 t. vanilla
- 3 T. sugar
- 1 1/2 t. cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat over to 325 degrees.
- Grease and flour bundt pan.
- Sprinkle 1/2 of the topping in the pan.
- Cream together butter, sugar and eggs.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Spoon 1/3 of the batter into the bundt pan, then layer with another 1/3 of the topping; spoon more batter on top, layer with the rest of the topping and finish with the remaining batter.
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Check after 40 minutes.
