  1. Dissolve yeast in warm milk in large bowl. Mix in sugar, margarine, salt & eggs.
  2. Add flour in quarters and mix well. It will get a little tough, but keep at it until well-mixed. If too hard to mix, flour hands and finish mixing by hands.
  3. Knead dough in large ball. Cover with cloth and let rise in warm place until doubled.
  4. Preheat oven to 400.
  5. Roll into rectangle. Spread with softened butter and sprinkle brown sugar/cinnamon mix evenly over it.
  6. Roll dough up and cut into 10 rolls. Discard ends.
  7. Place in 9x13 pan. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes (double).
  8. Bake 15 minutes.
