Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 c warm milk
- 2 eggs, room temp
- 1/3 c margarine, melted
- 4 1/2 c flour, sifted
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 c white sugar
- 1 pkg active dry yeast
- 1 c packed brown sugar
- 2 1/2 T ground cinnamon
- 1/3 c butter softened
- 3 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c butter, softened
- 1 1/2 c confectioner's sugar
- 1/2 t vanilla
- 1/8 t salt
Instructions
- Dissolve yeast in warm milk in large bowl. Mix in sugar, margarine, salt & eggs.
- Add flour in quarters and mix well. It will get a little tough, but keep at it until well-mixed. If too hard to mix, flour hands and finish mixing by hands.
- Knead dough in large ball. Cover with cloth and let rise in warm place until doubled.
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Roll into rectangle. Spread with softened butter and sprinkle brown sugar/cinnamon mix evenly over it.
- Roll dough up and cut into 10 rolls. Discard ends.
- Place in 9x13 pan. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes (double).
- Bake 15 minutes.
- Beat ingredients.
