  1. Place all of the ingredients in a medium-sized bowl and mix thoroughly with a rubber spatula. Place a 12 by 15-inch length of plastic wrap on a cutting board.
  2. Spoon the butter mixture into a line approximately 10 inches long in the center of the plastic wrap. Roll up tightly and twist the ends, forming the butter into a log about 10 inches long and 2 inches in diameter. chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  3. Unwrap the butter log and slide into 1/2-inch-thick rounds. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
