  1. Line 8x8 pan with wax paper with 1" overhang.
  2. Place chocolate in double boiler over low heat and stir continuously until chocolate is completely melted.
  3. Transfer to heat proof bowl and cool for five minutes.
  4. Add chopped Oreos and stir to combine.
  5. Pour mixture into pan.
  6. Use spatula to smooth out top.
  7. Finely chop remaining Oreos and sprinkle on top. Chill for approx. 10 minutes.
  8. Lift whole bark out by pan by holding onto parchment or wax overhang.
  9. Split with fork.
