Ingredients
- 10 oz Ghirardelli white chips
- 15 regular sized oreos + 3 for topping
Instructions
- Line 8x8 pan with wax paper with 1" overhang.
- Place chocolate in double boiler over low heat and stir continuously until chocolate is completely melted.
- Transfer to heat proof bowl and cool for five minutes.
- Add chopped Oreos and stir to combine.
- Pour mixture into pan.
- Use spatula to smooth out top.
- Finely chop remaining Oreos and sprinkle on top. Chill for approx. 10 minutes.
- Lift whole bark out by pan by holding onto parchment or wax overhang.
- Split with fork.
