Ingredients
- 1 package (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 tsp mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp dill weed
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350*F. Spread crescent roll dough into a 12" circle on 13" baking stone.
- Pinch seams together to seal.
- Bake 10-12 minutes until lightly browned.
- Remove from oven. Cool completely.
- Blend together remaining ingredients.
- Spread cream cheese mixture on top of cooled crust.
- Choose 3, all finely chopped.
- Zucchini, mushrooms, Green or Red peppers, Broccoli, Green onions, Tomatoes, seeded; cucumbers, seeded; cherry tomatoes
- Sprinkle a layer of each vegetable desired over cheese layer. Refrigerate before serving. To serve, cut pizza into wedges or squares. Can be made one day ahead of time.
