Ingredients
- 2 to 1/4 (326 grams) cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup (35 grams) HERSHEY'S Cocoa
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup butter or margarine (2 sticks) (225 grams), softened
- 3/4 cup (150 grams) granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup (150 grams) packed light brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp red food color
- 1 to 1/3 cups HERSHEY'S Cream Cheese Chips (8-oz. package)
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350° F.
- Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
- Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until creamy.
- Add eggs and food color; beat well.
- Gradually add flour mixture, beating well.
- Stir in cream cheese flavored chips.
- Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 9 to 10 minutes or until cookie edges are set.
- Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.
- Cool completely. Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
