  1. Heat oven to 350° F.
  2. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
  3. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until creamy.
  4. Add eggs and food color; beat well.
  5. Gradually add flour mixture, beating well.
  6. Stir in cream cheese flavored chips.
  7. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  8. Bake 9 to 10 minutes or until cookie edges are set.
  9. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.
  10. Cool completely. Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
