Cream Cheese Wraps

Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 3 ounces cream cheese (1/3 cup), softened
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp butter
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients except for the butter in a small blender and blend for 30 seconds, or until smooth. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.
- Melt the butter in a 10- to 12- inch nonstick skillet over medium heat until bubbling. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the pan and tilt the pan in a circular motion to create a round shape about 8 inches in diameter. Cook for 2 minutes, or until the center of the wrap is no longer glossy and wet looking.
- Carefully flip the wrap and cook for 30 more seconds. Remove to a plate and repeat with the remaining batter, making a total of 4 wraps.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
