Creamy Artichoke and White Bean Dip

Ingredients
- 1 (15 oz.) can white beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 Tbsp minced red bell pepper
- 1 to 2 tsp snipped fresh rosemary
- 1 (6.5 oz.) jar Cara Mia Marinated Artichoke Hearts, liquid reserved
- 1/4 c sliced green onion tops
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- Sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Instructions
- Puree white beans, liquid from artichoke hearts and garlic in a food processor until smooth.
- Add artichoke hearts and green onions; pulse on and off until finely chopped.
- Stir in bell pepper, lemon juice and resemary.
- Cover and refrigerate for serveral hours to allow flavors to blend, season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with sliced green onion tops and serve with vegetables or breadsticks.
