Ingredients
- 2 to 4 frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese (let it sit out to soften)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 package Italian dressing seasoning
- Rice
Instructions
- Stir the cream cheese, cream of chicken and seasoning in crockpot. Start on low and let sit for 30 minutes so the cream cheese is softer to stir.
- Add chicken and cover with mix.
- Cook on high 4-6 hours or until chicken is cooked and fall apart tender.
- Cook rice and serve chicken mixture over it.
