Dad's Meatloaf
The Koch Traditional Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 2 lbs Ground Beef
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1 Egg (beaten)
- 1 Cup Onion (chopped)
- 1 Cup Crackers (crumbled)
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Combine Ingredients in Bowl and Mix Thoroughly
- Spray Large Pan with Pam
- Shape into loaf on Pan
- Top with 1/4 cup Ketchup and 1/4 cup BBQ Sauce, spread across loaf
- Cook for 75 Minutes
