  1. Stir yeast and sugar in warm water to dissolve and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  2. Add salt and flour to water in a mixing bowl and stir well. This dough will be like elastic and sticky.
  3. Spoon dough into greased muffin tins dusted with flour, filling tins approximately half way. Let the dough rest and rise for 30 minutes; it should double in size.
  4. Bake in a 450° oven for 15 minutes.
