Ingredients
- 6 oz bags of Hershey’s Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips
- 2/3 c peanut butter or any nut butter
- 1/4 c coconut oil
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 c almonds
Instructions
- Add Hershey’s chips and coconut oil in glass bowl and heat in microwave in 30 second intervals until the chocolate chips are melted.
- Add peanut butter and vanilla to melted chips and stir.
- Pour the chocolate mixture onto a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle almonds on top.
- Put the baking sheet in the freezer and allow to get hard, around 30 minutes.
- Break the bark into bite size pieces. Store in an air tight container in the freezer.
