  1. Add Hershey’s chips and coconut oil in glass bowl and heat in microwave in 30 second intervals until the chocolate chips are melted.
  2. Add peanut butter and vanilla to melted chips and stir.
  3. Pour the chocolate mixture onto a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
  4. Sprinkle almonds on top.
  5. Put the baking sheet in the freezer and allow to get hard, around 30 minutes.
  6. Break the bark into bite size pieces. Store in an air tight container in the freezer.
