Ingredients
- 1 (28-ounce) can peeled whole San Marzano Tomatoes
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp dried basil leaves
- 1 tsp dried oregano leaves
- 1 tsp dried parsley leaves
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
- Place the tomatoes and olive oil in a blender and blend for 30 seconds, or until the desired consistency is reached. If you prefer a chunkier sauce, pulse instead of blending for about 15 seconds. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week in the refrigerator or 6 months in the freezer.
