Ingredients
- 2 cups of broth
- 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sambal
- 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 2 eggs
- Green Onions
- (Sambal is optional, but rice vinegar is not.)
Instructions
- Boil 2 cups of broth with 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, sambal, and rice vinegar.
- Once it's boiling, add 1 tablespoon of butter (optional but makes it extra keto) wait for it to melt
- Crack a couple eggs and lightly beat them
- Stirring constantly dump the eggs in and then keep stirring
- After ten or fifteen seconds, turn off the heat.
- Pour over broccoli out zucchini ribbons.
