Ingredients
- 1 16oz pound cake mix
- 1 1/4 c eggnog
- 1 large eggs
- 1/2 t fresh grated nutmeg
- 1/2 t vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Beat all ingredients together at low speed with electric mixer until blended.
- Increase to medium and beat 2 minutes.
- Pour into 9x5" loaf pan
- Bake for an hour to an hour & 5 minutes.
