Ingredients

• 1 oz Kirkland Signature gin
• 1/2 oz pomegranate juice
• 1/4 oz simple syrup
• Ice
• 3 oz Kirkland Signature Champagne, chilled
• Pomegranate arils and rosemary sprig, for garnish

Instructions

1. Mix gin, pomegranate juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with a couple of ice cubes.
2. Pour into a coupe glass, straining out the ice, and top with Champagne.
3. Garnish with pomegranate arils and rosemary sprig, and serve immediately.
4. Makes 1 serving.
