Garlic Bread Meatball Subs (PC DDW Recipe)

Ingredients
- 2 loaves soft baguette
- 2 sticks softened butter
- 2 T PC Parmesan-Garlic Oil Dipping seasoning
- 1 (32 oz.) bag frozen Italian-style meatballs (can substitute turkey meatballs)
- 2 Tbsp PC Garlic & Herb Rub
- 1 (24 oz.) jar/can plain marinara/pasta sauce
- 4 oz mozzarella, shredded.
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in gallon-sized freezer bag - freeze ahead of time.
- Put 4 oz. Mozzarella in separate bag for garnish.
- Combine butter and seasoning.
- Slice baguettes lengthwise.
- Spread 1/2 of Garlic butter on each loaf.
- Close loaves and cut each loaf in half (or thirds) cross-wise to fit in two gallon-sized freezer bags.
- Thaw when ready to use.
- To serve, bake thawed loaves at 375*F 12-16 minutes; cut into individual servings. Top with meatballs and sprinkle with mozzarella.
