Ginger Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 1 # boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small chunks
- 8 c mixed vegetable chunks (broccoli, peppers, onions, snow peas, carrots, water chestnut and mushroom)
- 1 Tbsp grated fresh ginger
- 3 Tbsp Dynasty Kung Pao sauce
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 c Soy Vay Teriyaki sauce
- Slice green onions and chopped peanuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet or wok, saute' chicken in oil for 10 minutes or until cooked and lightly browned.
- Remove from skillet and keep warm.
- Add vegetables and ginger to skillet; stir-fry over high heat for 5 minutes.
- Return chicken and sauces to skillet; cook for 5 minutes more.
- Garnish with green onions and sprinkle with peanut, if desired.
