  1. Preheat to 375*F.
  2. Heat oil in skillet on medium. Add onion and bell pepper. Cook, stirring frequently, about 6 minutes. Transfer to large pot.
  3. Add black beans, kidney beans, pinto beans, BBQ sauce, mustard, sugar and chili powder. Mix well.
  4. Put in banking dish.
  5. Bake covered for 45 minutes.
  6. Uncover and bake another 15 minutes.
