- 6 Tbsp butter, melted
- 2 cups superfine blanched almond flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350*F. Place the butter and flour in a medium-sized bowl and stir with a fork until pea-sized lumps form.
- Crumble the dough with your fingers into a 15 by 10-inch sheet plan and spread lightly to form a thin layer. Bake for 8 minutes, or until light golden-brown. Let cool for 30 minutes.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
