Ingredients

• 12 C Boiling Water
• 8 Lb Sugar
• 2 oz Citric Acid
• 8 Large Lemons
• 6 Oranges

Instructions

1. Dissolve Sugar & Citric Acid in Boiling Water
2. Zest & Juice all of the fruit
3. Add to the boiling sugar mixture
4. Remove from heat, cover, and let stand over night
5. Strain if desired
6. Bottle
