Low Carb Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo

Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 4 tbsp grated parmesan
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 bag Miracle Noodle fettuccine noodles
- salt

Instructions
- Mince garlic gloves and add to them a small pan on low heat with the butter for 2 minutes.

- Add the heavy cream and let simmer for 2 more minutes.

- Add 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan at a time and stir. Repeat until you've added all the Parmesan. Add salt, pepper to taste and the dried basil. Let this simmer for 3-5 minutes on a very low heat until it thickens a bit.

- Pound the chicken thighs to about 1/2" thickness. Add the olive oil to a pan on medium heat and fry the chicken thighs on each side for about 7 minutes.

- Take the chicken thighs off the pan and shred them using two forks or meat shredding claws.

- Set a pot of water to boil. Drain the water from your Miracle Noodle bag and rinse the noodles for a few minutes. Boil them for 2 minutes.
- Boil the noodles
- Add the noodles to the pan you fried the chicken in and then add the shredded chicken back as well as the Alfredo sauce. Mix for 2 minutes on medium heat and serve!
