  1. Mince garlic gloves and add to them a small pan on low heat with the butter for 2 minutes.

  5. Add 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan at a time and stir. Repeat until you've added all the Parmesan. Add salt, pepper to taste and the dried basil. Let this simmer for 3-5 minutes on a very low heat until it thickens a bit.

  8. Pound the chicken thighs to about 1/2" thickness. Add the olive oil to a pan on medium heat and fry the chicken thighs on each side for about 7 minutes.
