Low Carb Non-Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp EVOO
- 1/2 pear, thinly sliced
- 4 to 5 thin prosciutto slices
- 1/2 c red onion, chopped
- 1/2 c blue cheese crumbles
- 3 to 4 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 4 oz Parmesan Cheese, Shredded
- 2 oz White Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
- 4 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Prepare baking sheet with parchment paper. (Anything larger than 9x13 will work)
- In a medium bowl add cheeses, cream cheese, eggs and Italian seasoning.
- Stir until fully combined and it forms a cheese-like mixture
- Spoon mixture onto prepared baking sheet, smooth out to edges of pan with spatula.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove parchment paper and pizza crust from baking sheet.
- Replace baking sheet with fresh piece of parchment paper.
- Flip crust onto baking sheet with fresh parchment paper
- Add olive oil, pear, prosciutto, red onion, blue cheese crumbles.
- Bake for another 10-15 minutes.
- Serve Immediately.
