Mashed Potatoes

  1. Cut Potatoes into quarters
  2. Boil large pot of salted water for 20-30 minutes (to fork tender)
  3. Drain and return to stove
  4. Over low heat, mash with potato masher.
  5. With electric mixer, blend in 1/2 milk. 1/2 butter, salt, and pepper
  6. Test with spoon. If too creamy, cook longer. If not creamy enough, add more milk and butter.
