  1. Mix all together gently.
  2. Shape into small mini meatballs, about the size of a nickel.
  3. Bake in 350 oven 15 minutes.
  4. Coating

  5. Melt all garlic butter ingredients in a small saucepan, set aside.
  6. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  7. Assemble

  8. Cut a small piece of pizza dough and roll into a snake-like rope. Make a small indentation in the center and tie a knot around the meatball, pinching the ends underneath.
  9. Place on a baking sheet.
  10. Lightly brush with garlic butter and bake 20-25 minutes until dough is lightly brown and cooked through.
  11. Reserve remaining butter.
  12. To finish, add garlic knots to a large mixing bowl, toss with remaining garlic butter and 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese.
