Ingredients
- Garlic butter
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, finely minced
- McCormick Italian spice blend herb grinder
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 small onion, finely diced
- 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- McCormick Italian Blend Herb Grinder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Pizza Dough
Instructions
- Mix all together gently.
- Shape into small mini meatballs, about the size of a nickel.
- Bake in 350 oven 15 minutes.
- Melt all garlic butter ingredients in a small saucepan, set aside.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Cut a small piece of pizza dough and roll into a snake-like rope. Make a small indentation in the center and tie a knot around the meatball, pinching the ends underneath.
- Place on a baking sheet.
- Lightly brush with garlic butter and bake 20-25 minutes until dough is lightly brown and cooked through.
- Reserve remaining butter.
- To finish, add garlic knots to a large mixing bowl, toss with remaining garlic butter and 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese.
