Ingredients

• 6 Fresh Mint Leaves
• 1 ounce Mint Simple Syrup
• 2 ounces Bourbon
• 1 cup Crushed Ice

Instructions

1. In a highball glass or silver Julep cup, add mint, minted simple syrup, and bourbon
2. Muddle to crush the mint and then 1 cup crushed ice or enough ice to almost fill the glass.
3. Stir well and garnish with a mint sprig.
