- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 oz dried ranch seasoning
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 4.5 oz parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 oz baby carrots
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350*F.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, ranch seasoning, brown sugar, chopped parsley, and salt and pepper until fully combined.
- Add the baby carrots and mix.
- Spread the carrots on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes, or until caramelized and tender.
