Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Flour
- 1 1/4 Cups Almond Flour
- 1/4 Cup Ground Chia Seeds or Flaxseeds
- 5 Eggs
- 1/4 Teaspoon Sea Salt
- 4 Tablespoons Coconut Oil (melted)
- 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
- (This recipe makes a smaller loaf of bread, in order to have larger pieces of bread you may want to double the recipe)
Instructions
- Blend all dry ingredients in bowl and all wet ingredients in separate bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Pour into a 7.5 “x 3.5″ loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
- Let cool before slicing.
