- 1 Bunch Asparagus
- 1 Shallot (finely chopped)
- Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Trim Asparagus
- Heat Frying Pan to Medium Heat
- Lightly Coat Frying Pan with Olive Oil
- Add Salt & Pepper to Pan to Taste
- Add Asparagus and Shallot to pan and cook for 2-3 minutes. For thicker Asparagus, add 1-2 minutes.
