Ingredients
- 4 Skinless & Boneless Chicken Breasts
- 1 Cup Flour
- Salt & Pepper
- Spice Rub (Citrus, Barbecue, etc.)
- 1/2 Cup White Cooking Wine
Instructions
- Preheat Oven to 500
- Place Dry Cast Iron Pan in Oven
- Clean Chicken thoroughly with cold water.
- Pat Chicken Dry.
- Pour Flour on to a plate.
- Roll the chicken in the flour, coating completely.
- Add generous amounts of Salt, Pepper, and Spices to both sides of Chicken
- Remove Cash Iron Pan from Oven and Place on Burner at High Heat
- Reduce Oven to 300
- Cook Chicken in Cast Iron Pan for 90 seconds on each side
- Move Cast Iron Pan with Chicken into the Oven
- Cook for 10 Minutes
- Add White Win
- Cook for 10 More Minutes
- Roll the chicken in the flour, coating completely.
- Add generous amounts of Salt, Pepper, and Spices to both sides of Chicken
- Remove Cash Iron Pan from Oven and Place on Burner at High Heat
- Reduce Oven to 300
- Cook Chicken in Cast Iron Pan for 90 seconds on each side
- Move Cast Iron Pan with Chicken into the Oven
- Cook for 10 Minutes
- Add White Wine
- Cook for 10 More Minutes
