  1. Preheat Oven to 500
  2. Place Dry Cast Iron Pan in Oven
  3. Clean Chicken thoroughly with cold water.
  4. Pat Chicken Dry.
  5. Pour Flour on to a plate.
  6. Roll the chicken in the flour, coating completely.
  7. Add generous amounts of Salt, Pepper, and Spices to both sides of Chicken
  8. Remove Cash Iron Pan from Oven and Place on Burner at High Heat
  9. Reduce Oven to 300
  10. Cook Chicken in Cast Iron Pan for 90 seconds on each side
  11. Move Cast Iron Pan with Chicken into the Oven
  12. Cook for 10 Minutes
  13. Add White Win
  14. Cook for 10 More Minutes
  15. Roll the chicken in the flour, coating completely.
  16. Add generous amounts of Salt, Pepper, and Spices to both sides of Chicken
  17. Remove Cash Iron Pan from Oven and Place on Burner at High Heat
  18. Reduce Oven to 300
  19. Cook Chicken in Cast Iron Pan for 90 seconds on each side
  20. Move Cast Iron Pan with Chicken into the Oven
  21. Cook for 10 Minutes
  22. Add White Wine
  23. Cook for 10 More Minutes
