Pineapple fluff
Pineapple fluff dessert

Ingredients
- ½ c sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1 ¾ cups broken pretzel pieces (the butter pretzel kind)
- 1 20 oz can of crushed pineapple in syrup, drained
- 10 oz cream cheese
- ½ cup sugar
- 12 oz Cool Whip
Instructions
- Melt butter in the microwave.
- Add sugar, mix and pour over the pretzel pieces, and stir to cover all pretzel pieces with this mixture.
- Bake on a cookie sheet with sides for 10 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
- Cool on waxed paper.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar together, then add pineapple chunks and beat that in.
- Fold in Cool Whip.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Pretzels can be folded in just before serving or you can let your family sprinkle them on so they stay crispy.
