Pineberry and Strawberry Cream Pie

Ingredients
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved, plus 3 whole strawberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 10 oz pineberries, hulled and halved
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 9 -inch premade graham cracker crust
Instructions
- Place a medium mixing bowl in the freezer for 15 minutes.
- In the bowl of a food processor, blend halved strawberries, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth.
- In the chilled bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form, about 1 minute. Gently fold the cream cheese mixture into the whipped cream until well combined. Pour the pie filling into the graham cracker crust.
- Place the pineberries on top of the pie in a circular design, ending with 3 whole strawberries in the center. Refrigerate the pie for 3 hours, or until firm. Makes 8 servings.
