  1. Mix milk, salt, 1/2 cup sugar and butter over medium heat until just boiling
  2. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
  3. Mix yeast, water, 1 tsp. sugar and wait until foamy.
  4. Add yeast mixture to cooled milk mixture.
  5. Add beaten eggs to mixture.
  6. Gradually add flour, mixing well until reaching desired dough consistency.
  7. Put in bowl, cover and refrigerate overnight.
  8. Let sit on counter for 30 minutes.
  9. Punch down.
  10. Roll out and cut.
  11. Bake at 400* for 12-15 minutes.
