- 2 cups fresh or frozen red raspberries
- 2 Tbsp Splenda
Instructions
- Combine the raspberries and sweetener in a small saucepan and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, or until bubbling.
- Blend with an immersion blender for 30 seconds or until liquefied, then pour the sauce through a fine-mesh strainer to remove any seed fragments. Let cool before using.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
